Come and join us on
June 22nd at 2pm

In Gabriel Park, SW Portland
Please register below to attend.
As modern life demands so much of us, we come together to feel the supportive energy of the Earth beneath us, and each other’s nurturing presence. A healing circle is a time-honored tradition that reconnects us with love, with each other, with ourselves. The only agenda is deepening self-love in a safe environment free of dogmas and ideologies.
What is the Rite of the Womb?
This gentle yet powerful rite is about aligning with the infinite love and compassion of the Divine Mother, the primordial deity, accepting comfort and support that we all yearn for from our human mothers and often do not receive.
By clearing fear and pain, and by aligning with unconditional love, we break the cycle of generations of suffering for families, our ancestors and for our children, for our creative endeavors and for ourselves, birthed into new life.
This in turn brings our calmer and kinder energy to our Mother Earth, Pachamama, who can benefit from our loving support right now, rather than the energy of worry and fear.

First, we set the intention: Coming together to heal our relationship with mother energy, to heal pain and suffering in our lineage, and the burden on female energy through the ages. We need to feel the amplification of female energy in the world. We’ll be clearing fear and pain from where we emerge into human life – a human womb from a lineage of wombs, with all the history and pain, seen and unseen.
We choose to see strength in the feminine, not weakness. We see power, not shame. We identify ourselves as strong carriers of Spirit.
As a group of women*, we gather to share in our reconnection with the blissful seedbed of life – the womb of the Divine Mother. Together, our energy is powerful. From all our different origins and stories, we come together as one human story. We are united as we wish to see the world unite in emerging into a nurturing presence of unconditional love. In this way, we are at the heart of the expansion and evolution of Consciousness.
This love, this amplification of female energy, benefits all genders and our beautiful Mother Earth. There is no ideology or dogma to argue here, just the power of love.

“The womb is not a place to store fear and pain; the womb is to create and give birth to life.”
My interpretation: I free the creative second chakra of my body to create the life I desire, free of the frequencies of suffering.
The Rite of the Womb was first received by Marcela Lobos, a female shaman and teacher in the Andes.
It has become part of the Munay-Ki tradition of rites and rituals. It can be shared with all genders alike.
Whether or not one has a womb, we all have a creative space in our bodies, at the second chakra, and that is what is honored here.
*All are welcome, whether embodying female, male, non-binary, genderqueer or other presence. We are all one beautiful consciousness evolving together in loving mutual support.
*Any person who is eager to remember the vital truth in their body is welcome to receive the rite. Once she/they receives the Rite of the Womb she/they is/are part of the lineage of Womb Keepers.
In becoming Womb Keepers, we also become stewards of life, and we can feel our own creativity expanding. Our children and our creations are no longer in a lineage of fear and conflict, but the children and creations of light, with natural inclinations to be aligned with Earth keepers.
As we gather, we find a comfortable place in the circle.
You will receive:
An explanation of the origins of the Rite
A moment to introduce ourselves briefly
Connection in oneness to hold each other in light as we receive the Rite
Participants receive the Rite, in a circle
Guided meditation to integrate the Rite
Learn how to share the Rite with others
After receiving this rite, our individual second chakras are cleared of pain, fear and sadness. We can feel more grounded in ourselves. We belong to Universal Motherhood, even if we have not become human mothers ourselves. As the forgotten wisdom of our creative center is restored, we can confidently create the world we desire.
